  About a week and a half ago I ordered here and asked for extra sugar ice coffee, I received a ice coffee with no sugar instead. Honest mistake but I work 15min away, and when i called he said comeback and ask for the manager and he will fix it. Today over a week later I went in and asked for the manager and explained what happened (I was just curious if they'd even remember the phone call.) The manager remembered the phone call (that happened over a week ago) and offered me a free coffee and sandwhich. To me that's exceptional customer service, we are all entitled to mistakes, but the fact they handled way beyond the way they needed to, impressed me and encouraged me to come on here and leave a great review. Great place.

  I went to this Dunkin' Donuts on my way to work to buy a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. I was behind 3 cars in the drive thru line, and my turn came quicker than you could imagine! I ordered my food, and the lady who took my order also collected my cash, and she was very respectful and pleasant to be around. I relieved my food real quick, and everything tasted great and I'll bet that the commercials envied my perfect-looking sandwich! I'll be back soon! Hang in there!

  # star for service but quality is bad...... I ordered for Vanilla Chai.... they just added powder and milk and dint even stir which they are suppose to do in machine.. drive thru not recommended.
